From day two, you get a scheduled 15–30 minute call every weekday with your dedicated AI mentor. Bring whatever you're working on — a workflow you want to automate, a prompt that isn't working, a new use case you spotted. Your mentor knows your business and picks up where yesterday left off.
Life happens. If you can't make a call, just let your mentor know. You won't lose the slot — calls continue the next weekday. You also have Slack access for quick questions between calls.
The training day is for your team (up to 10 people). The daily 1-on-1 calls are for a nominated person — typically the team lead, founder, or whoever is driving AI adoption. They become your internal AI champion.
Each participant needs a laptop and a Claude account (Pro or Team plan). We send a setup checklist before the training day so everyone is ready from minute one.
