The system combines a smart job scheduling engine with a running order optimisation engine to transform how work is allocated and executed.

Implementation Approach

The Smart Job Scheduling Engine uses rule-driven algorithms to automatically schedule unscheduled work orders by intelligently grouping jobs by agency, clustering by geographic proximity (postcode), respecting due dates and 30-day compliance windows, and coordinating key access requirements. The Running Order Engine then creates optimised daily technician runs by considering technician starting location, travel time between jobs, service time at each property, and key pickup logistics. Both engines are exposed via API, allowing scheduling to be triggered on-demand and continuously refined through ongoing support.
