The Challenge
Over a period of 5 weeks, Michael worked with the Precision AI team to review their existing platform, validate business and user needs, and explore an uplifted user experience for handover to their existing product and engineering team. As the existing platform was already widely adopted and approved for use in Australia, we needed to identify refinements without disrupting established workflows.
Our Solution
We developed a baseline design system and refreshed visual language to elevate the Precision AI platform experience and better represent their innovative brand. Our structured process heavily involved Precision AI staff and end users to identify what in the experience we might refine whilst still respecting industry patterns and existing functionality for the initial release.
Implementation Approach
The final design incorporates a unique aesthetic to better match the progressiveness of the product with a design system supporting a more consistent application of shape and color. We improved navigation and hierarchy throughout, and optimized the surgery planning space to show more information at once, enhancing the workflow efficiency.
