The Challenge
Medibank wanted a platform to ensure seamless patient engagement in clinics. This platform needed to be consumer grade and allow rich experiences for users that delighted. The project had an extremely tight timeframe but required high-quality implementation with secure handling of sensitive medical information.
Our Solution
Michael was engaged to lead delivery and integrations on the new Medibank doctor mobile app using a modern UX Design and Mobile technology approach. We rapidly organized a delivery team to design and build an end-to-end mobile experience with careful considerations for secure handling of information and performance.
Implementation Approach
Our contribution included design and strategy workshops, UX & UI design work, front-end and back-end development, and comprehensive user testing with satisfaction surveys. Despite the tight timeframe, we delivered a complete solution that met all security and performance requirements while providing an exceptional user experience.
